在我国网络游戏迅猛发展的同时,有76.3%的网民有过虚拟财产被盗的经历。网络游戏所引发的一些法律问题和社会问题也相继出现,侵犯网络游戏中的虚拟财产的案件越来越多,但虚拟财产在法律上的真实性认定还没有得到认可,处于国家法律法规的空白地带。加快进行相关的法律制度建设以保护具有中国特色的网络游戏业的健康发展,已成为网络游戏产业发展的重要课题。
In the rapid development of online games in China, 76.3% of Internet users have had the experience of stolen virtual property. Some legal issues and social problems caused by online games have appeared one after another, more and more cases of infringement of virtual property in online games, but the virtual property in the legal authenticity has not been recognized, is in the blank of national laws and regulations zone. To speed up the construction of relevant laws and regulations in order to protect the healthy development of the online game industry with Chinese characteristics has become an important issue for the development of the online game industry.
