At a time when the planned economy is transitioning to a market economy, the Central Government has pointed out in time that the transformation of the pattern of economic growth has pointed out the direction for us to improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth. Needless to change the mode of our country’s economic growth and its significance has no doubt that I believe that at present
