目的:研究水朝阳旋覆花Inula helianthus-aquatica的化学成分。方法:运用正/反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex HL-20凝胶色谱、HPLC等色谱学方法分离纯化化合物,MS,NMR等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从水朝阳旋覆花中分离鉴定出11个化合物,其中7个倍半萜內酯:11α,13-dihydrotomentosin(1),sundiversifolide(2),8-epi-xanthatin-1β,5β-epoxide(3),ivaxillin(4),11,13-dehydroivaxillin(5),1β-hydroxyalantolactone(6),carabrone(7);4个三萜类化合物:taraxasterol 3-O-acetate(8),maniladiol 3-O-palmitate(9),16β-hydroxylupeol 3-O-tetradecanoate(10),arnidiol(11)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Inula helianthus-aquatica. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel column, reversed-phase silica gel column, Sephadex HL-20 column and HPLC column. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods such as MS and NMR. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from Inula asiatica, of which 7 were sesquiterpene lactones: 11α, 13-dihydrotomentosin (1), sundiversifolide (2), 8-epi-xanthatin-1β, 5β-epoxide (3) ivaxillin (4), 11,13-dehydroivaxillin (5), 1β-hydroxyalantolactone (6), carabrone (7); 4 triterpenes: taraxasterol 3-O-acetate O-palmitate (9), 16β-hydroxylupeol 3-O-tetradecanoate (10), arnidiol (11). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
