党的十一届三中全会以来,邓小平提出了允许一部分人、一部分地区先富起来的思想,形成了以“部分先富”带动全国人民共同富裕的科学构想。但是,国内外某些人出于不同的立场和观点,怀疑我国分配制度的这一重大改革的社会主义方向,认为我们允许一部人先富起来的政策必然导致两级分化,必然会产生一个资产阶级,这是中国由社会主义制度改变为资本主义制度的社会阶级基础。笔者不同意这种观点,并就这一问题谈点浅显的认识。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, Deng Xiaoping put forward the idea of allowing some people and some areas to get rich first, and formed the scientific concept of “making part of the rich first” so as to promote common prosperity of the people across the country. However, some people both at home and abroad, out of different positions and opinions, are skeptical of the socialist orientation of this major reform of our country’s distribution system and believe that the policy of allowing one to get rich first will inevitably lead to a two-level polarization and inevitably result in a The bourgeoisie, which is the basis of the social class in which China changed from a socialist system to a capitalist system. The author disagrees with this view and talks about a simple understanding of this issue.
