搞好制胶厂规划,是农场科学地指导制胶厂建设的重要基础。如果规模定得过小则会影响日后生产需要,造成被动;过大则会增大投资,造成不必要的浪费。 制胶厂规模的确定,受到诸种因素的影响,主要有以下几方面:① 工厂服务范围内胶林的最终面积;② 胶树盛产期的亩产量;③ 干胶产量的日变化情况;④ 生产的工艺形式;⑤ 生产班次的安排。 对于①②两方面的问题,主要依据农场的林地发展规划确定最终面积,再根据林地品系配置情况、植胶类型区、最终有效开割株数等因素确定胶树盛产期的亩产
