十八大以来,习近平总主席在群众工作方面做出了很多重要论述,其中提到:“每个人的力量是有限的,众志成城就没有克服不了的困难;作风是否确实好转,要以人民满意为标准,自觉接受群众评议和社会监督,群众不满意的地方就要及时整改。”可以看出群众工作对党的建设以及对社会发展的重要性。在新形势下,群众工作出现了新特点,遇到了新问题,给党的群众工作带来新的挑战,做好新时期的群众工作就要有新的思路。本文通过分析新时期群众工作的新特点,提出了对于解决新时期群众问题的几点思考。

By analyzing the new features of mass work in the new era, this article puts forward some thoughts on how to solve the mass problems in the new period.
