学困生学习目标不明确、参与活动的机会少、有自卑心理,常被教师所忽视。教师要关注学困生的发展,给他们提供活动的机会,让他们成为课堂的主人。本文主要分析了小学学困生课堂参与的现状,从建立和谐关系、提高学习兴趣、增加活动机会、建立同伴关系等角度阐述学困生的转化策略。
Learning poor students learning objectives are not clear, less opportunity to participate in activities, inferiority, often ignored by teachers. Teachers should pay attention to the development of students who have difficulty in school, give them opportunities for activities and make them masters of the classroom. This article mainly analyzes the present situation of class participation of primary school students with learning difficulties, and elaborates the strategies of transforming students with learning difficulties from the perspectives of establishing harmonious relations, enhancing their interest in learning, increasing opportunities for activities and establishing peer relationships.
