用不同浓度和组合配比的IAA、GA3、6-BA浸泡处理不同年生的花魔芋球茎,研究对花魔芋产生多叶的影响,结果表明:使用单一植物生长物质处理时,IAA诱导花魔芋根状茎、一年生及二年生多叶的最适浓度分别为10mg/L、5~7mg/L、1.5mg/L,多叶率最高可达67.85%;6-BA诱导不同芋龄花魔芋发生多叶的最适浓度均为30mg/L,多叶率分别达25.32%,52.34%,6.81%;而以60mg/L的GA3诱导不同芋龄花魔芋的最高多叶发生率为67%.单一植物生长物质处理材料以一年生魔芋效果最好.以40mg/L的GA3+30mg/L的6-BA和5mg/L的IAA+10mg/L的6-BA的组合为诱导花魔芋多叶发生最好组合,多叶率为57%左右.适当的植物生长物质处理能有效促进魔芋多叶的发生,增大光合作用面积,为魔芋提高产量奠定基础.
IAA and GA3,6-BA with different concentrations and combinations were used to treat bulbous flowers of Amorphophallus konjac to study the effects of different concentrations of IAA and GA3,6-BA on the production of multi-lobe.
