由大学时代立志要做广告开始,就一直矢志要做创作。从第一天入行当上文案,十多年都是广告创作生涯。做管理阶层、作为一家广告公司的决策人,一方面是遥不可及,也觉得是力有不逮,另一方面是有点不屑。做创作的从来觉得自己执掌广告的灵魂,其他岗位皆辅助,总经理亦然,他高高在上,搞好客户高层关系,搞好集团网络关系,广告实务多不闻不问,要是完全放手让我们去做创作的,当然最好,因为他们介入时,通常是受到客户压力,创作往往会受到种种“扼杀”、“迫害”。我是不会当总经理的!
