以Pro/E为平台对电池盒盖的注塑模进行了3D设计。通过对塑件结构和特点的分析,确定了注塑模具的总体设计方案,着重介绍了注塑模浇注系统和侧抽分型机构的设计。并利用Pro/E中的P lastic Advisor(塑料顾问)对设计完成的注塑模具进行了塑料流动分析。该模具的设计方法对同类产品的模具设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
Pro / E as a platform for the battery lid injection mold 3D design. Through the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the plastic parts, the overall design of the injection mold is confirmed, and the design of injection mold pouring system and side pumping type mechanism is emphatically introduced. The plastic flow analysis was performed on the designed injection mold using P lastic Advisor in Pro / E. The mold design method for similar products mold design has some reference.
