滞流效应是大型注塑件成型时经常碰到的一个问题,利用专业模流分析软件MPI对大型注塑件的滞流效应进行了研究、分析。以显示器外壳为实例,通过不同设计方案的分析对比,得出了不同工艺参数(主要包括模具温度、熔体温度、注射压力)下滞流效应的形式、特点,研究了注射成型工艺参数对大型注塑件滞流效应的影响效果,为该类塑件的设计与生产提供了参考。
The effect of stagnant flow is one of the problems often encountered in molding large-scale injection molded parts.
