目的:探讨PBL教学法在大专临床医学生病理学教学中的实践效果。方法:选取本校临床医学专业88名学生,把它们平均分成两组,即普通组和PBL组,教学完成后通过考试和问卷调查对两组学生的教学效果进行评价。结果:PBL组的学生三次考试的成绩均高于普通组,其结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法适用于大专临床医学专业病理学的教学,其教学效果比传统教学效果要好。
Objective: To explore the practical effect of PBL teaching in pathology teaching of college students. Methods: Eighty-eight clinical students in our university were selected and divided into two groups equally: ordinary group and PBL group. After the teaching was completed, the teaching effects of both groups were evaluated by examinations and questionnaires. Results: The results of three examinations in PBL group were higher than those in general group, and the results were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The PBL teaching method is suitable for the teaching of clinical pathology in college and its teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching.
