在当今教育的环境背景下,分数依旧是学生的生命线,也是教师评优和考核业绩的重要衡量标准。但时代内容有所变化,即要求高效。也就是说需要有明显的效果。于是在教学过程中,就需要革新,将过去注重教条的教学方式转变为尊重学生学习科学规律的艺术教学方式,成为我们教育工作者着力研究和实践的内容。因此,笔者结合所做的实践工作从教育工作者需要具备的思想意识的艺术性和教学过程的艺术性两大方面论证艺术引颁科学,可推动教学效果的显现的理论的成立。
In the context of education today, the score is still the lifeline of students, but also an important measure of teacher evaluation and assessment performance. However, the content of the times has changed, requiring efficient. In other words, it needs obvious effect. Therefore, in the process of teaching, we need to innovate and turn the past teaching of dogma into an art teaching method that respects the students’ learning of the scientific laws and become the content that our educators focus on researching and practicing. Therefore, combining the practical work, the author argues from the two aspects of the artistry that the educators need to have the ideological consciousness and the artistic process of teaching to establish the theory that art leads to science and can promote the appearance of teaching effect.
