现阶段中职学校学生的素质、综合能力都差强人意,管理班级的难度较高,这是中职学校面临的普遍问题。由于中职生处在青春期,情绪波动大,缺乏理智自我控制与约束,同时学生的素质、行为习惯和道德品质不高,导致学生组织性和纪律性较差,很难进行有效管理。中职班主任要管理好班级,需要具备较好的管理艺术和智慧,张弛合理,育人得法。本文以《中职学校班主任管理工作探索》为题,首先对中职班主任管理工作存在的问题进行了分析;其次对中职班主任管理工作的对策进行了探讨;最后对全文进行了总结,提出了一些中职班主任管理的探索和思路,以期对中职班主任的工作起到借鉴作用。
