县域是学前教育发展的最基础单位,是学前教育发展的重要主体,县域学前教育的发展关系到整个学前教育事业的发展。当前县域学前教育发展面临的瓶颈主要体现在三方面:学前教育经费政策落实不到位,学前教育教师数量不足、结构不合理、整体素质偏低,学前教育质量较低。学前教育督导具有监督、评价、鉴定、评估等功能,在突破制约县域学前教育发展的瓶颈方面起关键作用,应积极作用,以保障县域学前教育事业发展。
County is the most basic unit for the development of pre-school education and an important subject for the development of preschool education. The development of pre-school education in counties has a bearing on the development of pre-school education. At present, the bottlenecks in the development of preschool education in counties are mainly reflected in three aspects: the pre-school education funding policy is not implemented, the number of preschool teachers is insufficient, the structure is irrational, the overall quality is low, and the quality of pre-school education is low. The functions of supervision, evaluation, appraisal and appraisal of preschool education supervision play a key role in breaking the bottleneck restricting the development of preschool education in counties and should play a positive role in ensuring the development of preschool education in the county.
