一、绪 言 熔模铸造在铸件尺寸上受到限制,对制造大型叶片之类的产品不适宜,为此一直在寻找一种不必以高压射出成型而用浇灌成型直接获得正确尺寸的模料,结果发现了具有优越性能的新模料——苯乙烯萘,将这种模料成功地应用于大型精铸件,叫做DPM法(Disposable Pattern Mold Process)。在日本用此法生产的大型精铸件已于1975年的26吨发展为1981年的330吨,增长约12倍
