我地区栽培的平菇品种多年来是以凤尾菇、佛罗里达和8405为主,由于长期使用这几个品种,产量有所下降,杂菌污染比较严重。为了改变这种状况,笔者从江苏省微生物所引进苏平一号,于1990~1991年进行了栽培试验,取得了较好的经济效益。现将该菌株的生物学特性,菌种制备和栽培管理技术介绍如下:
Over the years, Pleurotus ostreatus varieties cultivated in our region have mainly been Pleurotus ostreatus, Florida and 8405. Due to the long-term use of these varieties, the yield has declined and the contamination by miscellaneous bacteria has been more serious. In order to change this situation, the author introduced Suping No. 1 from the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Microbiology and carried out cultivation experiments from 1990 to 1991, which achieved good economic benefits.
