Case Profile The plaintiff Zhang complained: On February 15, 2002, I opened an account at a bank’s savings office (hereinafter referred to as the savings bank) and deposited an account with a password of 50,000 yuan. In early May of the same year, I found that the deposit was taken away by others and negotiated with the defendant several times. The defendant claimed that my wife took me and her ID card on April 21, 2001 and that the marriage certificate will report the passbook and reopen it and set it open again.
