我厂生产的压力容器,其筒体部分是用4~5mm厚的1Cr18Ni9Ti钢板卷制成直径为400~600mm,经纵缝焊接而成的。筒身长约3~4m,需由几节筒体经环缝焊接而成。过去我厂采用手工电弧焊双面焊的方法进行焊接时,焊工要钻到筒体里面去焊。由于筒体直径小,使操作非常困难,尤其是在焊环焊缝时,每焊一条环焊缝,焊工都要进出筒体多次。在进行盖面焊前,还要用手工磨出坡口,
