目的采用高效毛细管电泳法测定甲磺酸伊马替尼胶囊中的伊马替尼。方法采用熔融石英毛细管(60 cm×75μm,有效长度10 cm),以100 mmol·L-1磷酸水溶液(三乙醇胺调p H2.5)为背景电解质,分离电压-25 k V,分离温度25℃,检测波长267 nm,进样时间10 s×0.5 psi。结果伊马替尼的线性范围为0.01~1.0 mg·m L-1(r2=0.9971),回收率为101.1%(RSD=2.69%)。结论所用方法快速、简便,可用于甲磺酸伊马替尼胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To determine imatinib in imatinib mesylate capsules by high performance capillary electrophoresis. Methods Fused silica capillary tube (60 cm × 75 μm, effective length 10 cm) was used as background electrolyte in 100 mmol·L-1 phosphoric acid aqueous solution (triethanolamine adjusted p H2.5). The separation voltage was 25 kV and the separation temperature was 25 ℃ , Detection wavelength 267 nm, injection time 10 s × 0.5 psi. Results The linear range of imatinib was 0.01-1.0 mg · mL -1 (r2 = 0.9971). The recovery was 101.1% (RSD = 2.69%). Conclusion The method is rapid and simple and can be used for the quality control of imatinib mesylate capsules.
