采用铜模吸铸法制备出直径3mm的块体(Zr0.55Al0.10Ni0.05Cu0.30)100-xMnx(x=0,2,4,6)金属玻璃试样,研究了锰的添加对Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10块体金属玻璃的非晶形成能力、热稳定性、力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明:添加适量的锰能降低Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10合金的热稳定性和非晶形成能力;当x=4时,合金过冷液相区ΔTx为61K,约化玻璃转变温度Trg为0.58,参数γ为0.40;锰的适量添加有利于提高锆基块体金属玻璃的抗压强度,当x=4时,合金的抗压强度提高到1 817MPa,而塑性无明显改善。
A sample of 100-x Mn x (x = 0, 2, 4, 6) metallic glass with a diameter of 3 mm was prepared by copper mold suction casting. The effects of addition of manganese on the wear resistance of Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10 Amorphous metal bulk glass forming ability, thermal stability, mechanical properties and the impact of the organization. The results show that the addition of manganese can reduce the thermal stability and the amorphous formation ability of Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10 alloy. When x = 4, the ΔTx of the supercooled liquid region of the alloy is 61K, the reduced glass transition temperature Trg is 0.58 and the parameter γ is 0.40 . The proper amount of manganese is beneficial to improve the compressive strength of zirconium-based bulk metallic glass. When x = 4, the compressive strength of the alloy is increased to 1817MPa, but the plasticity is not improved obviously.
