为了较全面地了解烧结矿喷洒CaCl2溶液后对高炉冶炼的影响,在实验室完成了多项冶金性能对比实验,实验数据表明:喷洒CaCl2溶液后烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能明显改善,但中温还原性和中温还原粉化指数则变化很小,而荷重熔滴性能略有变差,由此推断喷洒CaCl2溶液可有效改善高炉上部的透气性,对高炉中部的透气性影响不大,但会使高炉软熔带位置上移、高度上变宽,还会使初渣黏度增大而增加对上升煤气流的阻力,这会使高炉中、下部的透气性变差。
In order to comprehensively understand the influence of sinter mining CaCl2 solution on blast furnace smelting, a number of metallurgical performance comparison experiments have been completed in the laboratory. The experimental data show that the low temperature reduction pulverization performance of sinter is obviously improved after the CaCl2 solution is sprayed, but the medium temperature The reducibility and medium temperature reduction pulverization index change little, but the load droplet performance slightly deteriorates. Therefore, spraying CaCl2 solution can effectively improve the air permeability of the upper part of the blast furnace, but has little effect on the air permeability in the middle part of the blast furnace.
