国家四部委联合发布了《全国食品工业“十一五”发展纲要》,进一步提出了“食品工业产品的总量和结构基本要满足改善公众营养的需要”的发展目标,确立了“注重以营养科学为指导,堆护和提升加工食品的营养品质,满足人民生活水平提高时营养健康的要求”的指导原则。这是国家发展纲要中首次蚋入有关营养学指导的内容,具有深远的战略意义。为了促进我国食品行业对此问题的理解和应用,本期特邀了权威人士撰文解答有关问题。一位作者是北京大学公共卫生学院副教授柴巍中,他多年来主要从事营养学的教育、研究和产业发展等工作;另一位作者是国家发展改革委工业司轻纺处处长王伟,他负责国家食品工业规划的制定和管理的工作。值得一提的是他们是国家食品新纲要制定的参与和负责者。此次在为本栏目撰稿时他们认真准备、深入调查,并且阅读参考了大量文献,文章中他们从思路、方向和政策保障等多个角度对食品工业中的营养学进行了解读,目的是供食品工业管理和生产部门参考借鉴。
The four ministries and commissions of the country jointly issued the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Development” of the National Food Industry and further proposed the development goal of “the total amount and structure of the food industry products should meet the needs of improving public nutrition” and set the goal of “focusing on nutrition Science as a guide, heap care and enhance the nutritional quality of processed foods to meet the people’s living standards improve nutrition and health requirements ”guidelines. In order to promote the understanding and application of this issue in the food industry in our country, this issue has invited authoritative persons to answer relevant questions. One author is Chai Wei Wei, an associate professor at the Peking University School of Public Health. He has been engaged in education, research and industrial development of nutrition for many years. Another author is Wang Wei, director of the Light Industry Division of the Industrial Development and Reform Commission, He is responsible for the formulation and management of national food industry planning. It is worth mentioning that they are involved in the development of new national food program and responsible person. At this writing, they carefully prepared, in-depth investigations and read a large amount of literature on their contributions to this section. They read about nutrition in the food industry from the perspectives of ideas, direction and policy support. The aim is For food industry management and production department for reference.
