开展健康教育,把科学知识转化为人们的良好行为是预防医学任务之一.为正确评价健康教育防病治病效果,我县于1996春对农村300户家长及儿童实施儿童营养性贫血健康教育干预试验,报告如下:1 对象与方法在我县农村选择地理、气象、社会经济、文化水平、人口密度等因素相当的3个乡镇为现场,每个乡镇各随机选择100个家庭中0~7岁儿童及其家长(主要是母亲)为对象,分为实验组和对照组.全县实验组与对照组各150户.对实验组的家长及儿童通过幻灯、宣传单、面授等形式,宣传儿童营养性贫血及危害、患病原因、表现、预防措施、营养学知识及科学喂养等.实验组
It is one of preventive medical tasks to carry out health education and convert scientific knowledge into people’s good behaviors. In order to correctly evaluate the effect of health education on preventing and curing diseases, the county implemented child nutrition anemia health education for 300 parents and children in rural areas in the spring of 1996. Intervention trials were reported as follows: 1 Objects and Methods Three townships with equal geographical, meteorological, socioeconomic, cultural, and population density factors were selected for the site in the rural area of the county, and 0 to 7 of 100 families were randomly selected for each township. The age-old children and their parents (mainly mothers) were divided into experimental group and control group. Each county experimental group and control group had 150 households. The parents and children of the experimental group were promoted through slides, flyers, and face-to-face. Children’s nutritional anemia and hazards, causes of illness, performance, preventive measures, nutritional knowledge and scientific feeding.
