《西北水电技术》1984年第2期上发表了“混凝土内钢管承受内水压力的计算方法”一文(以下简称“文”),就坝内钢管承受内压时钢管与混凝土联合受力计算方法中混凝土抗裂强度的安全系数问题进行了探讨,并对坝内钢管的设计和结构型式提出了一些改进建议。目前在建和将建的大型水电站中大多数发电引水钢管采用坝内钢管的型式,就此问题能展开一些讨论,对提高我们的设计水平、促进水电建设事业的发展将是有益的。(我们)在此本着共同探讨的愿望也就上述问题谈一些看法,不妥之处请预指正。
