内分泌激素、生长因子、细胞因子等多种因素对维持正常的卵巢功能有重要作用。这些调控因素的紊乱可以导致的卵巢功能障碍和卵巢疾病的发生。微小RNA-29a(MicroRNA-29a,mir-29a)是近年来发现的一种转录后调节因子,能在转录后水平上对内分泌激素、生长因子的基因表达进行负调控,参与了卵巢细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡的调节。本文总结了正常和病理条件下mir-29a在卵巢中的表达以及潜在的作用,以了解mir-29a在卵母细胞的成熟、卵泡发育、性激素分泌及卵巢病理中的调控作用。
Endocrine hormones, growth factors, cytokines and other factors play an important role in maintaining normal ovarian function. Disorders in these regulatory factors can lead to ovarian dysfunction and ovarian disease. MicroRNA-29a (microRNA-29a, mir-29a) is a post-transcriptional regulator found in recent years. It can negatively regulate the gene expression of endocrine hormones and growth factors at post-transcriptional level, and is involved in the proliferation of ovarian cells , Differentiation and apoptosis regulation. This article summarizes the expression and potential role of mir-29a in ovary under normal and pathological conditions to understand the regulatory role of mir-29a in oocyte maturation, follicular development, sex hormone secretion and ovarian pathology.
