运用多元遗传分析法分析了高粱16个数量性状的相关遗传力参数。结果表明,多数性状间相关遗传力小于性状遗传力。当选择强度相等时,对一级枝梗数表型的选择可以明显提高二级枝梗数和穗粒数。对其他性状的间接选择相对效率都比性状的直接选择效率要低。相关遗传力通径分析表明,穗粒数表型对穗粒重的直接作用最大,其次为千粒重和二级枝梗数。各性状通过穗粒数都有最大的正向间接作用。因此,穗粒数对产量的贡献超过其他性状,是提高产量的关键因素。相关遗传力的应用,拓展了遗传力的概念,符合高粱育种实践,对确定杂交育种选择方案有很好的参考价值。
Multivariate genetic analysis was used to analyze the heritability parameters of 16 quantitative traits in sorghum. The results showed that the relative heritability of most traits was less than the heritability of traits. When the choice of intensity is equal, the choice of the primary branch number phenotype can significantly improve the number of secondary branches and grains per spike. The indirect efficiency of indirect selection of other traits is less efficient than the direct selection of traits. Path analysis of heritability indicated that the spikelet number phenotype had the greatest direct effect on the grain weight per panicle, followed by the 1000-grain weight and the number of secondary branchlets. Each trait has the largest positive indirect effect through grain number per spike. Therefore, the number of grain per spike on the yield contribution of more than other traits, is to increase the yield of key factors. The application of heritability has expanded the concept of heritability, which is in line with the practice of sorghum breeding and has a good reference value for the determination of hybrid breeding options.
