目的:探讨三仁汤加减联合西药盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。方法:选择医院2014年2月—2016年2月收治的120例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机双色球分组法将患者分为两组。对照组患者仅行西药盆腔灌注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用中药三仁汤加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果,并就两组患者治疗前后症状积分改善情况进行比较,最后统计两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率95.0%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的症状积分(2.3±0.7)分,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗过程中发生不良反应主要症状为恶心、呕吐、头晕、头痛,不良反应发生率6.67%;对照组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率16.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.850 5,P<0.05)。结论:三仁汤加减联合西药盆腔灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效较好,不但能快速改善患者临床症状,且不良反应较好,安全性更高,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of San Ren Decoction combined with pelvic perfusion of western medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: A total of 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random two-color ball grouping method. Patients in the control group only received pelvic perfusion of western medicine. The observation group was treated with the combination of Chinese traditional medicine and San Ren Tang on the basis of the control group. The curative effect of two groups of patients was observed, and the symptom scores of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Finally, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%, significantly higher than that of control group (83.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); symptom score (2.3 ± 0.7) after treatment in observation group was significantly better than that of control Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The main symptoms of adverse reactions in the observation group during treatment were nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache and adverse reactions. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 16.67%, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 4.850 5, P <0.05). Conclusion: Sanren Decoction combined with western medicine pelvic perfusion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease better curative effect, not only can quickly improve the clinical symptoms, and adverse reactions are better, safer, worthy of clinical promotion.
