“九五”期间,将是我省奠定建立比较完备的林业生态体系和比较发达的林业产业体系坚定基础的关键时期,全省绿化程度要达到95%以上,森林覆盖率达到60%以上,林木蓄积量达到1.322亿立方米以上;林业的种植结构、产品结构、产业结构趋向合理,二三产业有较大发展,林业产业年产值达到180亿元以上。
