从变色马兜铃Aristolochia versicolar S.M.Hwang块根醇提物的石油醚溶解部分中分得12个结晶性成分,其中8个化合物经化学和光谱测定分别鉴定为豆甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮、豆甾烷-3,6-二酮、β-谷甾醇、马铃兜酸A、马兜铃酸A-甲酯、6-甲氧基马兜铃次酸甲酯、胡罗卜甙和硬酯酸。其余三个可能为新化合物。经药理试验,马兜铃酸A和6-甲氧基马兜铃次酸甲酯(B_5)具抗生育作用,豆甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮具细胞毒活性。
Twelve crystalline components were separated from the petroleum ether-soluble fraction of the alcohol extract of the Aristolochia versicolar SMHwang root of the discolored Aristolochia sinensis, and 8 compounds were identified as stigma-4-ene-3,6- by chemical and spectral analyses, respectively. Dione, stannost-3,6-dione, β-sitosterol, arachidonic acid A, aristolochic acid A-methyl ester, 6-methoxy aristolochidonic acid methyl ester, carob Wolfberry and stearic acid. The remaining three may be new compounds. According to pharmacological tests, aristolochic acid A and 6-methoxyaldolissic acid methyl ester (B_5) have antifertility effects, and locust-4-ene-3,6-dione has cytotoxic activity.
