目的 旨在探讨疗养对飞行员微循环、白细胞介素2 受体(IL- 2R) 和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF) 的影响。方法 随机挑选来院疗养的歼击机飞行员36 人,按照甲襞微循环检查操作常规,分别于入院后24 小时内和疗养第25 天对其进行甲襞微循环检查。另有18 例飞行员同步进行了血清IL- 2R 和TNF 检测,检测方法为双抗夹心法。结果 (1) 疗养前后甲襞微循环的变化显著,如血管管攀长度变化明显,微血流速度亦见显著增加和红细胞聚集性降低等;(2) 疗养前后飞行员的血清IL- 2R 水平差异显著;TNF 水平则变化不大。结论 疗养可以改善因长期应激( 如紧张) 和飞行环境等因素导致的飞行员甲襞微循环变化及其机体的免疫功能
The aim was to investigate the effects of convalescence on the microcirculation of pilots, interleukin 2 receptor (IL-2R) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF). Methods Totally 36 fighter pilots were enrolled in the hospital for recuperation. According to the routine operation of nailfold microcirculation examination, they were given microcirculation examination of nailfly within 24 hours after admission and on the 25th day of convalescence. Another 18 pilots synchronized serum IL-2R and TNF detection, detection method for the double-antibody sandwich method. Results (1) Before and after convalescence, the changes of microcirculation of formazan were significant. For example, the length of vascular tubules changed significantly, the micro-blood flow velocity increased significantly and the erythrocyte aggregation decreased. (2) The difference of IL- Significant; TNF levels did not change much. Conclusion Convalescence can improve the microcirculation of pilots and the immune function of pilots due to long-term stress (such as tension) and flight environment
