武汉工程大学法商学院从2011年开始进行了“法商”双专业复合型人才培养模式探索与实践,招收了国贸+法学双专业实验班学生。从学生学习及就业情况来看,这种“法商”双专业学生的培养,基本达到了预期的目的和效果。但是同时也暴露出了一些问题,其中突出表现为学生实践动手能力不强。究其原因,主要是实践教学时间难保证:实践性教学环节设计不很合理;实践性教学内容不够具体;实践性教学老师业务水平不高;校内外实践教学基地建设不足。

From the perspective of student learning and employment, the cultivation of such double-professionally-traded students has basically achieved the intended purpose and effect. But at the same time, some problems have also been exposed, among which the outstanding performance is that students are not capable of practicing hands. The reason is mainly that it is hard to guarantee the practical teaching time: practical teaching design is not reasonable; practical teaching is not specific enough; practical teaching teacher’s business is not high; the construction of practical teaching base inside and outside the school is insufficient.
