我们评价了眼球穿通伤患者泪液免疫球蛋白和C_3含量的异常,发现患者泪液IgG、IgA总量和局部合成量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),IgM和C_3含量及测出率也均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);伤眼和健眼泪液IgG、IgA总量和局部合成量均显著增高。该异常是由穿通伤后多种隐藏抗原暴露激发的自身免疫反应所致,与眼浅表炎症反应和角膜新生血管形成有关,是判定自身免疫反应持续存在的一个可靠指标。该发现为眼球穿通伤后慢性炎症的预防和治疗提供了重要的理论根据。
We evaluated the abnormality of tear immunoglobulin and C_3 content in patients with penetrating eyeball. We found that the total amount of IgG, IgA and the local synthesis of tears in patients with penetrating trauma were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), and the contents of IgM and C_3 and the detection rate (P <0.01). The total amount of IgG and IgA and the amount of local synthesis of injured eye and healthy eye tear were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). This abnormality is caused by the autoimmune reaction triggered by the exposure of multiple hidden antigens after penetrating injury, which is related to the inflammation of the superficial eyes and the formation of corneal neovascularization, and is a reliable indicator of persisting autoimmune reactions. This finding provides an important theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic inflammation after penetrating eye injury.
