近来,双水相分配技术愈来愈受到人们的关注。评述了用这项技术提取生物小分子(抗生素、氨基酸)的最新进展。考察了聚合物分子量及其分布、盐种类、结线长度、相比及添加剂对生物物质在双水相系统中分配的影响,还进行了模拟料液与不同批次发酵液的对比实验。探讨了生物小分子在双水相系统中的分配机理。对其工业应用前景进行展望,为双水相分配技术的应用开拓了新的领域。
Recently, the technology of dual aqueous phase distribution has drawn more and more attention. The latest progress of using this technology to extract biological small molecules (antibiotics, amino acids) was reviewed. The effects of polymer molecular weight and its distribution, salt type, junction length, phase ratio and additive on the distribution of biological material in aqueous two-phase system were investigated. The comparative experiments between simulated liquid and different batches of fermentation broth were also carried out. The distribution mechanism of biomolecules in aqueous two-phase system was discussed. The prospect of its industrial application prospects for the application of dual-phase water distribution technology to open up new areas.
