引导教师探索培养学生自学能力的途径

前两年,我校各科教学中普遍存在着“四多一少”的现象,即教师讲得多、学生作业多、复习提纲多、考试多,学生自学时间少,没有学习主动权。致使许多学生成天忙于作业,疲于应付考试,严重地影响德智体的全面发展。为了改变这种状况,近两年来,我们努力引导教师大胆实践,积极探索培养学生自学能力的途径,让学生能生动活泼地主动地学习,取得了初步成效。提高认识大胆实践最初,老师们对培养学生自学能力问题的看法很不一致。有的认为学生基础差,讲培养自学能力是白费劲;有的认为教材内容多,不多讲完不成教学计划,会影响双基教 In the first two years, there were common phenomenon of “four mores and one less” in all subjects in our school. That is to say, the teachers talked more, the students worked more, the syllabuses reviewed, the exams were more, the students had less time to learn and did not have the initiative to learn. As a result, many students are busy with homework day by day and are struggling to cope with examinations, seriously affecting the overall development of morality and intelligence. In order to change this situation, in the past two years, we have been trying our best to guide teachers to practice boldly and actively explore ways of cultivating students' self-learning ability so that students can learn vividly and actively and achieved initial success.
