前两年,我校各科教学中普遍存在着“四多一少”的现象,即教师讲得多、学生作业多、复习提纲多、考试多,学生自学时间少,没有学习主动权。致使许多学生成天忙于作业,疲于应付考试,严重地影响德智体的全面发展。为了改变这种状况,近两年来,我们努力引导教师大胆实践,积极探索培养学生自学能力的途径,让学生能生动活泼地主动地学习,取得了初步成效。提高认识大胆实践最初,老师们对培养学生自学能力问题的看法很不一致。有的认为学生基础差,讲培养自学能力是白费劲;有的认为教材内容多,不多讲完不成教学计划,会影响双基教
In the first two years, there were common phenomenon of “four mores and one less” in all subjects in our school.
