目的评价前列清颗粒对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用消痔灵致慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型,设前列清颗粒高、中、低剂量组以及前列泰胶囊对照组、模型组和空白对照组,灌胃给药,共45 d。给药后检测全血和前列腺液中白细胞数、前列腺液中卵磷脂小体密度,并对前列腺组织进行病理学观察。结果与模型组比较,前列清三个剂量组前列腺液中白细胞数及前列腺指数均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);前列清中、高剂量组全血中白细胞数明显降低,大鼠卵磷脂小体密度明显升高,前列腺的病理改变明显减轻(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论前列清颗粒对模型大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有明显治疗作用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qianlieqing granule on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis model rats. Methods Chronic non-bacterial prostatitis induced by Xiaozhiling rat model was established. The Qianlieqing granule high, middle and low dose group and the former Lieteng capsule control group, the model group and the blank control group were administered orally for 45 days. After administration, the number of leukocytes in whole blood and prostatic fluid and the lecithin density in prostatic fluid were detected, and the histopathology of prostatic tissue was observed. Results Compared with the model group, the number of leukocytes and prostatic index in prostatic fluid of the three groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01); the number of white blood cells in the middle and high dose of Qianlieqing group was significantly decreased Leptin body density was significantly increased, the pathological changes of prostate significantly reduced (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusions Qianlieqing granule has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis in model rats.
