在一般的老百姓看来,公务员可谓是拥有着“金饭碗”。而得益于这个特殊身份,即便是不缴纳养老保险费,公务员在退休之后也能享受到高额的养老金。除此之外,在医疗、工伤、失业等保险方面,政策也给予了公务员很大程度上的“倾斜”。如果让公务员从工资水平、工作环境、福利保障、晋升、奖励和成就感等方面为自己的职业幸福感打分,整体上看来,分数应该不会低。但是,一枚硬币总是有两面的。“其实,公务员的职业劳累感与成就感并存,失望与希望并生。”即便是那令人艳羡的社会保险待遇,也有着这样那样的“问题”。而在一些公务员看来,社会保险为其群体所构筑的幸福,“虽然很近,却又很远”。
