高增压四冲程柴油机的比功率预期还将进一步提高。采用单级涡轮增压,在增压器效率相同的条件下,较高的平均有效压力需要爆发压力进一步提高。VTR/C··4P 型涡轮增压器可使压气机的最大压比达5:1。本文描述特殊部件的设计以及在涡轮增压器试验台和试验发动机上的试验结果。同时,提供了即使在较高机械负荷条件下,仍可保证运用可靠性的措施。在满负荷时,增压压力的提高将导致部分负荷的运行性能恶化,补救措施显然是改进涡轮增压器系统。本文给出了平均有效压力达2.8MPa、选用各种增压系统的预期的柴油机在满负荷及部分负荷时的性能计算结果。
High-pressure four-stroke diesel engine is expected to further improve the specific power. Using single-stage turbocharger, under the same conditions of turbocharger efficiency, the higher average effective pressure needs to further increase the explosion pressure. VTR / C ·· 4P turbocharger allows the compressor pressure ratio up to 5: 1. This article describes the design of special components and the test results on the turbocharger test rig and test engine. At the same time, it provides a measure of guarantee of reliability even at high mechanical loads. At full load, the increase in boost pressure will result in a deterioration of the operational performance of the part load and the remedial action is obviously to improve the turbocharger system. In this paper, the average effective pressure is 2.8MPa, and the expected performance of the diesel engine with various turbocharging systems is calculated at full load and partial load.
