The use of static pressure to press pre-pile into the soil segment by segment is a new sinking process. In 1977, Wuhan City developed a YC-60 hydraulic static pile driver, which can overcome the maximum dynamic resistance of 60 tons in the construction of the pile. Since 1977, a total of 12 projects, including residential buildings, industrial plants, chimney foundations, and theaters, have been piled on piles, and a total of nearly 2,500 piles have been pressed and 18 piles have been tested. The deepest depth of the pile is 27.4 meters and the shallowest is 3 meters. Most of the piles are 14 to 20 meters. The length of the precast section is three meters, four meters and six meters. Single piles allow a bearing capacity of 25 tons to 50 tons. Through the pile-pressing construction and the static load test of the pile, it is shown that the construction of the soft soil foundation using the pile-pressing construction in the Wuhan area has the construction civilization, and the quality is reliable.
