家族企业作为一种企业组织形式,从时间上看,长期存在于各个经济活动领域;从空间上看,各个国家和地区都不同程度地存在着家族企业。另一方面,对于家族企业的研究长期没有得到重视,随着中国经济的转轨,企业的治理结构成为一个热点研究问题。“家本位文化”是中国传统文化的基石,以“家”为基础产生的非正式契约对中国人心理和行为的影响之大是世界上其他民族所无法比拟的,家族企业或类家族企业在中国广泛存在,对家族企业的治理,将直接影响中国经济与社会的未来。
As a form of enterprise organization, family-owned enterprises have long existed in various economic activities from the point of view of time. From a spatial point of view, all kinds of family-owned enterprises exist in different countries and regions to varying degrees. On the other hand, the research on family-owned enterprises has not been taken seriously for a long time. With the economic transformation in China, the corporate governance structure has become a hot research issue. The “home-based culture” is the cornerstone of Chinese traditional culture. The informal contract based on “home ” has a great impact on Chinese psychology and behavior that is unmatched by other nations in the world. Family businesses or Family-based enterprises are widespread in China and the governance of family-owned enterprises will directly affect the future of China's economy and society.
