实验研究了抑泡孔管管束的排列方式、管间距、加热管子根数、热负荷大小、沸腾工质物性等因素对抑泡孔管管束沸腾传热性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,抑泡孔管束与光管束、低肋管束的沸腾传热性能截然不同,而与机加工多孔管束和烧结粉末表面管束有某些相似之处。管束中的沸腾管数增加,有轻微恶化传热的趋势;高负荷时这种趋势更明显;管间距直径比的变化对管束特性影响不显著;乙醇为工质时,管束排列方式和热负荷大小等对沸腾传热的影响甚微。
The influence of bubble tube bundle arrangement, tube spacing, heating tube number, heat load, boiling medium physical properties and other factors on the tube boiling heat transfer performance was experimentally studied. Experimental results show that the bubble tube bundle and the tube bundle, low-fin tube bundle boiling heat transfer performance is very different, but with the machining of porous tube bundle and sintered powder surface tube bundle has some similarities. The number of boiling tubes in tube bundles increased slightly, which showed a slight deterioration of heat transfer. This trend was more obvious at high load.
