小保:我丈夫于2006年7月入职某医药销售公司,2011年8月应聘到某药业集团有限公司。他在医药销售公司工作期间,该公司全额为我丈夫缴纳包括工伤保险费在内的部分社保基金。药业有限公司于2012年1月至2012年12月间,分4次为我丈夫补缴了2011年9月至2012年9月的工伤保险费。2013年8月25日我丈夫在工作岗位加班时突发疾病身亡。2013年10月16日,当地人力资源和社会劳动保障局对我丈夫因工身亡作出工伤认定决定,认定我丈夫之死为工伤。然而,当药业有限公司人力部人员协助我提出按工伤待遇申请支付工亡赔偿金时,区社保中心请示是否支付,市社保中心以该药业有限公司欠费为由批复:“此类工伤职工的工伤待遇应由用工单位支付。”
Xiao Bao: My husband started a pharmaceutical sales company in July 2006 and applied to a pharmaceutical group limited in August 2011.
