今年上半年,哈尔滨市委党校在教学改革实践中,首次举办了为期一个月的局级干部专题项目培训班(提升城市竞争力领导者培训项目班)和处级干部研修班(社会建设研修班),这两个班的学员在校期间,结合自己的学习体会和外出考察情况,写出了很好的调研报告,得到市委领导的重视。5月8日、19日,市委副书记兼市委党校校长王颖同志分别就市委党校两个班次的学员调研报告作了批示。在《关于上海杭州宁波苏州四市城市竞争力情况的考察报告》上批示:“这份考察报告写的很好。”在《关于哈尔滨市在应对金融危机形势下加强社会建设几项重点工作的对策建议》上批示:“此报告所提出的对策和建议方向正确,思路可行,很有借鉴意义。”王书记的批示,既是对党校开展的以调研为主要形式的教学活动的一种肯定,又是对深入搞好学员调研工作的一种推动。本刊现将这两篇调研报告发表于此,今后还将继续刊登在校班次有份量的调研报告,为提升学员调研能力提供平台和载体。
