黑猩猩感染日本血吸虫后肾脏的损害与血吸虫病人的肾脏病变相似。田鼠感染血吸虫后有类似红斑狼疮的肾小球病变。发病机制至今未明。用日本株日本血吸虫感染6只家兔,每兔感染400条尾蚴,3个月后进行解剖。肝脏有突起结节,表面所见及镜检结果均证实门脉性纤维化,并见到无数的肉芽肿。肾脏大小正常,表面光滑,颜色从红到苍白。一只兔表现为轻度增殖性肾小球肾炎,有间质增生及较轻的上皮细胞增生,许多丛扩大成小叶状。间质纤维状基质轻度变大,
The damage to the kidneys of chimpanzees infected with Schistosoma japonicum is similar to that of schistosomiasis. Voles infected with Schistosoma japonicum have similar lupus nephritis.
