以选修艺术体操课的女大学生为对象 ,观察 1年的艺术体操练习对女大学生身体成分和姿态的影响。分别在实验前后 1周内对实验组和对照组学生身体多个部位的皮脂厚度、三围和下肢的柔韧性等指标进行测试。结果显示 ,通过 1年的艺术体操练习 ,与选修其他课学生相比 ,选修艺术体操课的女大学生皮下脂肪含量减少 ,去脂体重比例增大 ,三围更接近标准 ,肢体的柔韧性得到增强 ;而其他选修课学生的身体成分和柔韧性则无明显变化。说明艺术体操练习有利于塑造女性的优美身材 ,充分显示女性的曲线美。
Taking the female college students who choose art gymnastics class as an object, this paper observes the influence of one-year rhythmic gymnastics on female college students’ body composition and attitude. Seventy weeks before and after the experiment on the experimental group and control group, multiple parts of the body sebum thickness, measurements and limb flexibility and other indicators were tested. The results showed that compared with the other students in the elective gymnastics class, the results showed that the female college students who took part in the aerobics class decreased their subcutaneous fat content and the proportion of the body fat to lipids increased, the measurements closer to the standard, and the flexibility of their limbs increased. The other elective students body composition and flexibility did not change significantly. Description of artistic gymnastics practice is conducive to shaping the beautiful figure of women, women fully show the beauty of the curve.
