本文以BaTiO3和TiO2为原材料,采用传统制备工艺,混合后粉料于不同合成温度(800~1150℃)和保温时间(1/60~64h)进行固相合成反应·基于XRD相分析结果,得出合成温度为1000~1150℃、保温时间为4~32h时,反应产物均为单相Ba2Ti9O20粉体.并得出:组成元素Ba和Ti分布均匀性是影响Ba2Ti9O20生成的一个重要工艺因素.
In this paper, BaTiO3 and TiO2 as raw materials, the use of traditional preparation process, the powder after mixing at different synthesis temperatures (800 ~ 1150 ℃) and holding time (1/60 ~ 64h) solid phase synthesis reaction based on XRD phase analysis results The synthesis temperature of 1000 ~ 1150 ℃, holding time of 4 ~ 32h, the reaction products are single-phase Ba2Ti9O20 powder.
