目的合成红景天苷类似物。方法以取代苯甲醛为原料,经硼氢化钠还原,合成苷元,分别与溴代乙酰糖(葡萄糖,半乳糖,木糖)反应生成乙酰糖苷,脱乙酰基,生成糖苷。结果成功合成了3A1~3G1、3A2~3G2、3A3~3G3,共21个红景天苷类似物,通过CA和Scifinder进行结构检索,合成的化合物中除3A1、3A2、3B1、3B2、3F1、3G1外均为新化合物。其结构均通过核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)和质谱(MS)确证。结论采用的合成方法适合红景天苷类似物的合成。
Objective Synthesis of salidroside analogs. Methods The substituted benzaldehyde was used as a raw material and was reduced by sodium borohydride to synthesize aglycones. The aglycones were reacted with bromoacetyl sugar (glucose, galactose and xylose) respectively to form acetyl glucoside and deacetylation to form glycoside. Results 3A1 ~ 3G1,3A2 ~ 3G2,3A3 ~ 3G3 were successfully synthesized and 21 salidroside analogues were synthesized. Structural search was carried out by CA and Scifinder. Among the synthesized compounds except 3A1, 3A2, 3B1, 3B2, 3F1 and 3G1 Outside are new compounds. Its structure was confirmed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR) and mass spectrometry (MS). Conclusion The synthetic method is suitable for the synthesis of salidroside analogs.
