随着我国市场经济的逐步完善,我国各企业逐步建立和健全了行之有效的企业绩效管理制度和体系。本文拟在对我国企业当前绩效管理的现状和问题进行有效分析的基础上,对于此类问题的解决提出相应的对策以供借鉴。
With the gradual improvement of the market economy in our country, all enterprises in our country have gradually established and perfected effective enterprise performance management system and system. Based on the effective analysis of the current situation and problems of the current performance management of Chinese enterprises, this paper proposes some countermeasures for the solution of such problems for reference.
