Clinically, respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) mortality is high because the pathogenesis is unknown. In recent years, neutrophils (PMN) is of great significance. Recently it was suggested that the role of alveolar macrophages (PAM) is more important. This article attempts to explore the role of PAM in glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) in experimental RDS to study the pathogenesis of RDS. Twenty-six healthy adult male rabbits (1.8-2.5kg), 10 in the control group and 16 in the experimental group. In the experimental group, oleic acid (0.14ml / kg) was injected into the ear vein of the experimental group, and the RDS model was duplicated.
