Objective: To explore the role of PDCA cycle management in preventing tunnel catheter infection in patients with hemodialysis. Methods: From August 2014 to August 2015, 82 patients treated with hemodialysis in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 41 cases in each group, Department of routine catheter care process, the experimental group in the conventional group nursing methods to give PDCA cycle management measures to care, observe and compare the two groups of patients infection rate. Results: The infection rate in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: PDCA circulation management in hemodialysis patients can reduce the infection rate of tunnel catheter in hemodialysis patients.
